What I ate: May 21, 2011

Breakfast: Sausage, egg, and cheese on a Barowski's whole wheat English muffin. With homemade sausage, Cabot cheddar cheese and one organic egg.

Lunch: Stir fry of beef, scallions and bean sprouts. With rice.

Dinner: Chicken paprika with broccoli, rice and sour cream sauce.

Dessert: 1 square of Lake Champlain dark chocolate raspberry truffle. And 2 glasses of Etc. malbec.

Snack: 0.7 oz. mixed nuts.

Weight at beginning of the day: 111.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.6 lbs.
