What I ate: May 24, 2011

Breakfast: Chorizo, green pepper, jalapeño, onion and egg breakfast burrito. In a Maria and Ricardo's multi-grain organic tortilla (100 % whole grains).

Lunch: Half of an Uncommon Market roast beef sandwich on wheat with lettuce, mayo and horseradish. And Madhouse Munchies mesquite barbecue potato chips.


Dinner: Pork spare ribs (dry rub for 24 hours, cooked sous vide for 18 hours then smoked) with homemade barbecue sauce. And French fries. And a piece of fried chicken.

The spare ribs were previously vacuum sealed and frozen. I defrosted them in the microwave then cooked them on a sheet pan in the oven at 350°F for 12 minutes. Same for the chicken and French fries, which were leftovers from a lunch skiing at Bolton last winter.

Dessert: 1 square of Lake Champlain dark chocolate raspberry truffle. And 2 glasses of Etc. Malbec.

Snack: 1.0 oz. peanuts.

Weight at beginning of the day: 112.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 111.6  lbs.
