What I ate: September 10, 2011

Breakfast: One egg, scrambled, bacon and toast (1/2 slice of Barowski's wheat bread) with Earth Balance spread.

I tend to cook food at times that are not the time that I eat them, so it wasn't particularly odd to be grilling wild caught sockeye salmon at 10:00 AM. It has been vacuum sealed and frozen for a future meal.


Lunch: Sausage and green pepper stir-fry. With homemade turkey sausage. And rice.

Dinner: Steak, baked potato and broccoli. And 2 glasses of Finca Don Cano malbec.


Weight at beginning of the day: 108.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 109.6 lbs.
