What I ate: September 11, 2011

Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat bagel with 2.0 oz. lox, cream cheese, tomato and red onion.

I prepped a new batch of bagels to boil and bake tomorrow morning. Actually, I started it last night because it's a somewhat ridiculous 3-day process to make these bagels, but it's well worth it!

Yesterday I cooked a split turkey breast in the sous vide and today I sliced it into one dinner serving of sliced turkey (6.0 oz.), two packages for sandwiches (3.0 oz. each), one package for stir-fry (3.2 oz.) and the leftover for Roscoe.

Lunch: Beef with broccoli and scallion stir-fry. With rice.

Snack: 0.8 oz. potato chips and French onion dip with a Lake Placid Ubu Ale.


Dinner: Chinese buffet at Iron Chef Buffet in Oneonta with Mom and Dad.
