What I ate: September 12, 2011

This morning I finished a new batch of homemade whole wheat bagels by boiling then baking them. Very tasty.


Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat bagel, freshly baked, half butter with and half with cream cheese, with a side of bacon.

Snack: Spicy V-8.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich and Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips.

Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts.

Dinner: Chicken paprika, rice and broccoli with sour cream sauce. 5.2 oz. chicken (before cooking). And 2 glasses of Anni Riesling.

And 2 strips of Dagoba beaucoup berries chocolate bar.

Weight at beginning of the day: 109.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 108.0 lbs.
