What I ate: September 17, 2011

Breakfast: Chorizo, green pepper, jalapeño, onion and egg breakfast burrito. It's in a plain Mission flour tortilla because my grocery store doesn't carry the Ricardo and Maria's whole grain tortillas and I don't like the other two brands they carry.

Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Spicy sesame beef with snow peas and rice.

Snack: 2 Kashi roasted garlic crackers with Cabot cheddar cheese. And a half glass of Sangre de Vina malbec 2008.

Dinner: Spaghetti, spicy Italian sausage, homemade tomato sauce and wheat Italian bread. And 2 glasses of Sangre de Vina malbec 2008.

Dessert: 3 strips of Dagoba beaucoup berries chocolate bar.

Weight at beginning of the day: 108.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 108.8 lbs.
