What I ate: September 23, 2011

Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin. With 3 slices of bacon, an organic egg, Cabot cheddar cheese on a Barowski's wheat English muffin.

Lunch: Twice cooked pork with scallions and noodles.

Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts and a Spicy V-8.

Dinner: Fish and chips. Beer-battered fried cod, with seasoned French fries and homemade tartar sauce. And a Saranac lager. Well 9 oz. of one. The other 3 oz. was part of the beer batter.

Dessert: 2 glasses of Septima malbec and 2 strips of Dagoba xocolatl chocolate bar. 

Weight at beginning of the day: 110.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 108.8 lbs.
