What I ate: September 7, 2011

Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat bagel with 2.0 oz. lox, cream cheese, tomato and red onion.

Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts and a Spicy V-8.

Lunch: Stir-fry of zucchini and bacon.


I also cooked a new batch of bacon (2 pounds) and grilled, vacuum sealed and froze steaks.

Dinner: Fried chicken fingers, boneless Buffalo chicken 'wings' and French fries. And Ommegang Abbey Ale. Now that I'm in central upstate New York, Ommegang is local beer, which is kind of neat.

And a glass of Septima malbec.

Weight at beginning of the day: 110.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 109.6 lbs.
