What I ate: September 9, 2011

Breakfast: Sausage egg and cheese biscuit. With homemade turkey sausage, homemade buttermilk biscuit an organic egg and Cabot cheddar cheese.


Lunch: Twice-cooked pork with broccoli and scallion stir-fry. With rice.


Dinner: Fish and chips. Beer battered cod, freshly made. I cheated and used frozen French fries, but seasoned them with salt, pepper, granulated garlic and cayenne pepper. And I made omemade tartar sauce. I used half of the Saranac lager in the beer batter and drank the rest. I also had a Ommegang Abbey Ale.

Dessert: A glass of Finca Don Cano malbec and 2 strips of Dagoba xocolatl chocolate bar.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 108.6 lbs.
