What I ate: November 1, 2011

Breakfast: Bacon egg and cheese English muffin. On a Barowski's whole wheat English muffin. And Cabot cheddar cheese. And a small glass of orange juice.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich and potato chips. With 3.0 oz. homemade eye round roast beef on one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half, with mayo and horseradish and lettuce. And Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips.


Snack: 1.0 oz. chex mix.

Dinner: Roasted turkey, rice, gravy and broccoli. I had previously roasted a split turkey breast, sliced, vacuum sealed and froze it, so it only took 45 minutes (from frozen) in the sous vide at 160°F to reheat it. With a glass of Cupcake sauvignon blanc.

Dessert: 2 glasses of Humberto Canale malbec, 2010.
