What I ate: November 11, 2011

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito (reheat of the filling from earlier in the week). And a glass of orange juice.


I baked a batch of homemade whole wheat bagels. And I ate the little remainder bagel toasted with butter.


Lunch: Stir-fry of pork, broccoli, scallions and noodles.

Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts and a Spicy V-8.

Dinner: Grilled wild coho salmon, sautéed savoy cabbage and rice with furikake. I previously grilled, vacuum sealed and froze the salmon so it was an easy 45 minute reheat (from frozen) in the sous vide at 137°F.

And 2 glasses of Red Door pinot noir, Oregon, 2009.

Dessert: 2 strips (6 squares) of Green & Black's ginger dark chocolate bar.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and dip.

Weight at beginning of the day: 110.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.2 lbs.
