What I ate: November 17, 2011

Breakfast: Blueberry muffin and bacon. And a glass of orange juice.


I grilled a couple filet mignon steaks, vacuum sealed and froze them. Yes, I realize that most people are not out grilling steaks at 8:30 A.M..


I also cooked an eye round roast beef, for future roast beef and gravy, roast beef sandwiches and beef stir-fry. And a pork roast for stir-fry. It was a two sous-vide machine morning!


The beef all vacuum sealed and ready for freezing. Six packages of 3.2 oz. for stir-fry, three packages of 3.0 oz. for sandwich and one package of 5.0 oz. for sliced roast beef and gravy.


The pork, with six packages of 3.2 oz. for stir-fry and one package of 5.0 oz. for thinly sliced roasted pork with gravy.


Snack: A Spicy V-8. And 0.7 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich on one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. 


Snack: 3 Kashi roasted garlic crackers with Cabot extra sharp aged cheddar cheese. And a half glass of Redcliffe sauvignon blanc.


Dinner: Roasted chicken, rice, gravy and broccoli. And 2 glasses of Aguaribay malbec.


Dessert: 2 strips of Green & Black's hazelnut currant dark chocolate bar.

And 0.7 oz. of Chex Mix, finishing that off too, finally.

Weight at beginning of the day: 110.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.4 lbs.
