What I ate: November 2, 2011

Breakfast: Chorizo, green pepper, jalapeño, onion and egg breakfast burrito. A reheat from a few days ago, so this is quick and easy: Wrap the tortilla in a damp kitchen towel and microwave for 45 seconds. Reheat the filling for 40 seconds. And a half glass of orange juice.


Snack: Spicy V-8 and 0.7 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Pork, broccoli and scallion stir-fry.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Chex mix.

Dinner: Fish and chips. Homemade beer-battered haddock, homemade tartar sauce and 4.0 oz. French fries (organic), seasoned. With 9 oz. Saranac Adirondack lager (the rest went into the beer batter).

Dessert: 2 strips of Green & Black's hazelnut currant dark chocolate bar and 2 glasses of Aguaribay malbec.

Weight at beginning of the day: 112.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 111.2 lbs.
