What I ate: November 20, 2011

Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat bagel with 2.0 oz. lox, cream cheese, tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.


Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich on one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. With Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips.


And about 30 minutes and 7 miles on the FitDesk exercise bike/desk writing some documents. And checking Facebook.

Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese buffet with Mom and Dad.


And 2 glasses of Sebastiani cabernet sauvignon.

Weight at beginning of the day: 111.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 112.6 lbs.
