What I ate: November 22 - 28, 2011

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with green pepper, onion, jalapeño, chorizo sausage and egg.


Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts. And a Spicy V-8.

Lunch: Cheeseburger and French Fries. 


I have a long history of eating McDonalds only when traveling to Mom and Dad's house for holidays, but that seems kind of silly seeing as they're only 4 miles away now. And the nearest McDonalds is 6 or 7 miles away, in the opposite direction. 

My burgers are much better, anyway, made with home-ground chuck steak, Cabot cheddar cheese and a Barowski's wheat hamburger bun. With 3.0 oz. Cascadian organic French fries, deep fried and seasoned.

Snack: 3 Kashi roasted garlic crackers with Cabot aged cheddar cheese. And a half glass of Redcliffe sauvignon blanc.


Dinner: Mom's salmon, rice, salad.


Dessert: Strawberries

Dinner: Mom's pot roast, asparagus
Dessert: Apple pie, ice cream

Breakfast: Bacon, grapefruit

Dinner: Turkey dinner reprise back at home
