What I ate: November 22, 2011

Breakfast: Blueberry muffin and bacon. With a glass of orange juice.


Snack: A Spicy V-8. And 0.7 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich. On one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. With Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips.


Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts.

Dinner: Tonkatsu, sautéed cabbage and rice with furikake.


And 2 glasses of Mark West pinot noir.

Dessert: 2 strips of Green & Black's hazelnut currant dark chocolate.

Weight at beginning of the day: 111.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 111.2 lbs.
