What I ate: November 30, 2011

Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. With homemade spicy pork breakfast sausage, an organic egg and Cabot extra sharp cheddar on a homemade buttermilk biscuit. And a glass of orange juice.


Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts and a Spicy V-8.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich and Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips. With 3.0 oz. homemade eye of round roast beef on one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half with mayo and horseradish and lettuce.


Snack: 3 Kashi roasted garlic crackers with Cabot garlic and herb cheese. And a half glass of Rabbit Ridge chardonnay.


Dinner: Bone-in roasted pork (2 pieces) and rice. There probably should have been a vegetable in there somewhere, but I wasn't feeling in a cabbage or broccoli mood tonight so I added a second slice of pork instead.

And 2 glasses of Chateau La Goutère Bordeaux. Very nice.


Dessert: 2 strips of Green & Black's cherry dark chocolate bar.

Weight at beginning of the day: 113.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 112.8  lbs.
