What I ate: November 5, 2011

Breakfast: Corned beef hash, 1 scrambled egg and 1/2 slice of Barowski's wheat bread toast with Earth Balance spread. That's 1/3 of a 15 oz. can of hash, which is actually the recommended serving size, previously cooked, vacuum sealed and frozen.


Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich on one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. With mayo. And Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips.


Dinner: Tingua poblano, spicy pork and potatoes in a spicy, smoky tomato sauce. With a warm flour tortilla. And 2 glasses of Finca Don Cano malbec. This is a boil-in-bag reheat, so no pots and pans to wash today, either!

Dessert: 2 strips (6 squares) of Green & Black's hazelnut currant dark chocolate.

Snack: 1.0 oz. of Chex mix.

Weight at beginning of the day: 109.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 111.4 lbs.
