What I ate: November 9, 2011

Breakfast: Bacon, eggs and toast. Half slice of Barowski's whole wheat bread toast with Earth balance spread.

Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts. And a Spicy V-8.

Lunch: Pork, broccoli, scallion stir-fry.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Chex mix.

Dinner: Spaghetti and meatballs. With 2.0 oz. (dry weight) of Barilla spaghetti and homemade sauce. And wheat Italian bread with olive oil.

2 glasses of Gianii Russo Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.

Dessert: 2 strips (6 squares) of Green & Black's hazelnut currant dark chocolate bar.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips. And French onion dip.

Weight at beginning of the day: 110.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 111.0 lbs.
