What I ate: April 13, 2012

Breakfast: Corned beef hash, egg and toast.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Shrimp and onion stir-fry with spinach.

Walked to the post office, a little over a mile.

Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts.

Dinner: Fish and chips. With 9 oz. Saranac IPA.

And 2 glasses of Eagle's Rock malbec.

Weight at beginning of the day: 120.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 120.2 lbs.
