What I ate: April 22, 2012

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese. On a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Took my ribs out of the sous vide, sauced them with homemade barbecue sauce and smoked them for 1 hour.


Lunch: Chana masala and rice.


Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese Buffet with Mom and Dad.
