What I ate: August 23, 2012

Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. With homemade sausage, ground for a pork roast, an organic egg and a homemade buttermilk biscuit.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Zucchini and bacon stir-fry with rice.

Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts.

Dinner: Beef stroganoff.

And 2 glasses of Cetamura Chianti.

Weight at beginning of the day: 120.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 121.2 lbs.
