Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.


Lunch: Swiss chard with pancetta and rice.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and French onion dip.


Dinner: Japanese-style beef curry with potatoes, carrots, celery and onion.
