What I ate: November 10, 2012

Breakfast: Pancakes and bacon. Both previously frozen.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Grilled ham and cheese. With baked ham and 3/4 slice of Swiss cheese on one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. And Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips.

Walked 4.0 miles in 1:10.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and bacon and horseradish sour cream dip.

Dinner: Tingua poblano, pork with smoky tomato sauce and potatoes, previously frozen. And a warm tortilla on the side.
