What I ate: November 12, 2012

Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon. With one organic egg, half a slice of Barowski's wheat bread with butter and 3 slices of bacon.

Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich. With smoked baked ham, 3/4 of a slice of Swiss cheese on one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. With Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips.

Dinner: Cheeseburger and seasoned French fries. With a 6.0 oz. grilled burger on a whole wheat hamburger bun and Cabot cheese. With 3.0 oz. Cascadian organic French fries.


And 2 glasses of Baron de Roche Coteaux du Languedoc. This was tasty, a nice break from the malbec that I normally drink.

Weight at beginning of the day: 120.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 119.8 lbs.
