What I ate: November 13, 2012

Breakfast: Homemade cinnamon raisin bread toast with butter and a side of bacon.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Made a batch of blueberry muffins. I really thought I had one left in the freezer still, which is why I had raisin toast instead of a blueberry muffin for breakfast today since today is Tuesday.

And a 2 pounds of bacon, cooked and frozen.

Lunch: Asian lettuce wrap filling, minus the lettuce, with rice instead. I really like this dish - I'll have to prepare a larger batch and freeze it in slightly larger servings.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips with bacon and horseradish dip.

Dinner: Rigatoni with prosciutto and tomatoes in spicy vodka cream sauce.

And 2 glasses of Baron de Roche Coteaux du Languedoc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 119.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 121.0 lbs.
