What I ate: November 18, 2012

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Grilled ham and swiss cheese sandwich with Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips. With 2.1 oz. smoked ham on one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half.


Snack: 1.0 oz. pretzels and a Saranac pale ale.

Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese Buffet with Mom and Dad. I forgot to take a picture, but it pretty much looked like last week.

Weight at beginning of the day: 121.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 121.4 lbs.
