What I ate: November 25, 2012

Breakfast: Waffles and sausage at Mom and Dad's. Waffles, incidentally, are the only thing I am allowed to cook in Mom's kitchen.

Lunch: Mom's shrimp and egg stir-fry at Mom and Dad's.

Dinner: Thanksgiving reprise. With turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and sweet potatoes.

And 2 glasses of Brotherhood New York dry Riesling.

And I vacuum sealed and froze the leftovers: Mom's barbecued pork, two servings of turkey for turkey and cabbage stir-fry and one more turkey dinner serving. And some shrimp tempura.

Weight at beginning of the day: 124.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 122.0 lbs.
