Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon. With one organic egg, half a slice of Barowski's wheat bread with butter and 3 slices of bacon.

Lunch: Grilled ham and cheese. With baked ham and 3/4 slice of Swiss cheese on one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. And Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips.

Dinner: Grilled chicken and cheese enchilada. With 2.2 oz. of chicken. And 1.0 oz. tortilla chips, Green Mountain Gringo hot salsa/
