What I ate: November 4, 2012

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa. And wrong setting on the camera caused some focus issues.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Spicy vegetarian chili and jalapeño cornbread.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips, French onion dip and Woodchuck Granny Smith hard cider.

Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese Buffet with Mom and Dad.

Weight at beginning of the day: 120.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 121.4 lbs.
