What I ate: November 5, 2012

Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon. With one organic egg, half a slice of Barowski's wheat bread with butter and 3 slices of bacon.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Pork with broccoli and scallion stir-fry.

Walked to the grocery store, about a mile, to get dip.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips with bacon and horseradish dip.

And a Woodchuck Fall hard cider. Not sure I like this one. It does taste like fall, thanks to the cinnamon and nutmeg, but I'm not sure I really like it in a cold cider!
Dinner: Meatloaf, rice and gravy. There probably should have been some peas or something green on the plate, but there wasn't. I started freezing my meatloaf with 1 1/2 slices in the vacuum sealed bag, so it's pretty close to a 5.0 oz. serving, which is a good size. Reheated for 45 minutes in the sous vide at 136°F from frozen.

And 2 glasses of Terra Rosa malbec.
