What I ate: November 6, 2012

Breakfast: Homemade Blueberry muffin and bacon, both previously frozen.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Shrimp and onion stir-fry with spinach. And rice.


Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and bacon and horseradish sour cream dip.

Walked to the grocery store, a little over a mile, to get the lettuce for my sandwich.

Dinner: Homemade fried chicken breast sandwich with seasoned French fries.

And 2 glasses of Terra Rosa malbec.

Weight at beginning of the day: 121.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 120.4 lbs.
