What I ate: November 7, 2012

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. And a glass of orange juice.

Lunch: Grilled chicken Caesar salad. With Drew's Caesar dressing, 2.8 oz. chicken, a little freshly grated Parmesan cheese. And a homemade whole wheat and oat roll with butter.

Dinner: Mom's fried rice. Previously frozen and reheated boil-in-bag.
