What I ate: November 8, 2012

Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese English muffin. With homemade sausage made from a lean pork roast, an organic egg and Cabot cheddar cheese on a whole wheat English muffin.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich. On one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. With Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips. There's a little less ham than usual because there was less left in the package than I thought.


Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and bacon and horseradish sour cream dip.

Dinner: Chicken and cheese enchilada. And 1.0 oz. tortilla chips and Green Mountain Gringo salsa. This was previously vacuum sealed and frozen; I defrosted it then reheated in the oven for 15 minutes at 375°F. It wasn't quite as good as fresh, but it was pretty good!

Weight at beginning of the day: 121.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 119.8 lbs.
