What I ate: November 9, 2012

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling from Wednesday and a freshly heated flour tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Salame Toscano English muffin sandwich. The meat is lightly browned in a sauté pan and the Barowski's 12-grain English muffin toasted. With Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and bacon and horseradish sour cream dip. With a Woodchuck amber hard cider.

Dinner: Spaghetti with Italian sausage. With 1.8 oz. spaghetti and homemade tomato sauce. This is from the batch where I accidentally used diced tomatoes instead of crushed, and didn't think to use the stick blender on it before dividing and vacuum sealing individual servings, so it's extra chunky!

And 2 glasses of Aguaribay malbec.
