What I ate: February 22, 2013

Breakfast: Raisin toast with butter and a side of bacon.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Swiss chard with pancetta and quinoa.

Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips with French onion dip.

Dinner: Tacos. With beef, cheddar cheese, salsa and lettuce in a hard corn taco shell. With 1.0 oz. tortilla chips and more salsa.

And 2 glasses of Gouguenhein malbec.

Dessert: 1 square of Ghiradelli intense dark sea salt soiree chocolate bar.

Weight at beginning of the day: 122.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 122.2 lbs.
