Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin

Lunch: Chana Masala with rice.

Snack: Japanese rice crackers, the edamame flavored ones from yesterday.


Dinner: Meatloaf, rice, gravy and green beans.

Dessert: 1 square of Ghiradelli intense dark sea salt soiree chocolate bar.
