What I ate: September 1, 2013

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And a small bag of Japanese rice crackers (senbei).

Lunch: Mom's Japanese chicken noodle soup.


Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese Buffet in Oneonta, NY with Mom, Dad and my nephew.

And a glass of Ponga New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 124.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 125.2 lbs.
