What I ate: September 3, 2013

Breakfast: Homemade Blueberry muffin and bacon.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Mom's sausage and green pepper stir-fry at the lake.


Dinner: Mom's roasted chicken, rice, gravy and broccoli and the lake. And 2 glasses of Guggenheim malbec.
