Post-breakfast: A half slice of Barowski's wheat bread toast with peanut butter.

Late Lunch: Turkey club sandwich on wheat bread with onion rings at the Cooperstown Diner in Cooperstown, NY, with Dad.

And 2 glasses of ViƱas de Balbo bondara-malbec.
