What I ate: September 21, 2014

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

Walked 2.52 miles in 43:56.

Lunch: Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich. With Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips.

Snack: 0.8 oz. pretzels and a Saranac pale ale.

1.4 oz. Doritos (the rest of the little bag) and a half glass of Banrock Station shiraz.

Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese buffet in Oneonta, NY, with Mom and Dad.

Weight at beginning of the day: 126.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 128.0 lbs.
