What I ate: January 23, 2015

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Monday  in a freshly heated tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later. 0.8 oz. cashews.

Lunch: Zucchini and bacon stir-fry with rice.

Snack: 0.8 oz. smoked squid and 2 senbei (Japanese rice crackers).

Walked 2.43 miles in 39:39.

Dinner: Japanese-style beef curry with rice. And 2 glasses of Banrock Station shiraz.

Weight at beginning of the day: 127.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 126.4 lbs.
