What I ate: August 25, 2015

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked yesterday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. With a homemade buttermilk biscuit (previously frozen).

Vacuum sealed and froze leftover roast beef from Mom. Two servings for dinner (4.5 oz. beef, 4.7 oz. gravy each) and two servings of beef for stir-fry (3.2 oz. each).

Walked 4.01 miles in 1:07:20.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.


Snack: A half slice of Barowski's whole wheat toast with Woodstock Farms organic peanut butter.

Lunch: Spicy black bean veggie burger with Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips with my nephew. With a Lake Placid Around the Bend Extra Pale Ale (just me).

Snack: 2.0 oz. senbei (Japanese rice crackers).


Dinner: Mom's spare ribs, broccoli and rice at the lake with Mom, Dad and my nephew. And 2 glasses of Banrock Station shiraz.

Weight at beginning of the day: 124.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 125.0 lbs.
