What I ate: August 26, 2015

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Monday in a freshly heated tortilla.

Walked 3.04 miles in 50:11.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, a half slice of Barowski's whole wheat toast with Woodstock Farms organic peanut butter.

Lunch: Mom's mackerel at the lake with Mom, Dad and my nephew.

Dinner: Sushi regular at Mt. Fuji Japanese restaurant in Oneonta, NY, with Mom and my nephew. Also miso soup and salad, which I apparently forgot to take a picture of. And a glass of Yellowtail Riesling.

Ran 7 minutes at 5.8 MPH, 0.66 miles, on the treadmill.

Weight at beginning of the day: 125.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 124.6 lbs.
