What I ate: August 29, 2015

Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg and cheese breakfast burrito. And a mimosa.

Walked 3.04 miles in in 48:25.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

Lunch: Mom's salmon at the lake with Mom and my nephew.

Walked around the lake, 1.80 miles in 29:44.

Dinner: Mom's steak at the lake with the family. I forgot to take a picture of my plate of rib-eye steak, rice and asparagus, but here's the platter of steaks it came from.

And 2 glasses of Into Cab cabernet sauvignon, California, 2012.

Very short run on the treadmill, 4:00 at 6.0 MPH, 0.39 miles. I was 25 calories short of my move quota for the day.

Weight at beginning of the day: 125.0 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 123.8 lbs.
