on a whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix
and a spicy Blood Mary
Lunch: Turkey club sandwich
with Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips.
Dinner: "Blackened chicken ciabatta: Cast iron chicken, Plymouth big blue cheese, goat horn pepper aioli, jalapeño bacon jam." And Switchback beer. At Preston's in the Killington Grand Hotel, Killington, Vermont.Monday, December 19, 2016
Breakfast: Canadian bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin
breakfast sandwich. And a mimosa. And a spicy Bloody Mary.
Lunch: Cheeseburger and fries at the K-1 Cafeteria. And Fiddlehead beer.
Dinner: "Bourbon bacon salad: grilled leeks and radicchio tossed with spinach, candied pecans, dried cherries and warm bourbon bacon vinaigrette."
