What I ate: December 24, 2016

Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg and cheese breakfast burrito. And a mimosa.

Vacuum sealed and froze the remainder of the refried black beans.

Made a batch of Japanese-style beef curry. I cooked the beef in the sous vide yesterday and finished cooking the rest today. Vacuum sealed and froze 4 servings, about 7.5 oz. each.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

Lunch: Cheese and jalapeño hot dog on a whole wheat bun, and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips. And a xxx.

Snack: A small bowl of popcorn, mostly butter and cheese, a bit of caramel.


Dinner: Rosemary and garlic lamb chops, mashed potatoes and gravy.

And 2 glasses of Ravage cabernet sauvignon, California, 2015.

And 2 small bowls of popcorn.


Weight at beginning of the day: 133.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 134.2 lbs.
