Sardines and spinach rice bowl

This was good! It's a variation of sardines, spinach, and rice and I think I like it this way better.

I like to use Wild Planet wild sardines. There's one 4.375 oz. package in the serving above.

The spinach and the sardines, drained.

And some white sushi rice in the bowl. The rice was previously refrigerated so I warmed it for 35 seconds in the microwave.


The sardines broken up and warming in a little olive oil in a sauté pan.


And the spinach. It looks like a lot, but it cooks down quickly.


Add a little hana katsuo, freshly ground pepper, and soy sauce and serve over the rice.
