What I ate: February 18, 2017

Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg and cheese breakfast burrito. And a mimosa.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

Lunch: Tuna sashimi at the lake with the famiily.

Snack: A package of senbei, Japanese rice crackers.

Dinner: Mom's roast beef, rice, gravy and asparagus at the lake with the family. And a little more. And 2 glasses of wine.

Weight at beginning of the day: 132.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.6 lbs.
