Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. With a toasted Lender's frozen plain bagel with butter.

Lunch: Veggie Buffalo "wings" and salad.

Dinner: Beef with snow peas stir-fry.
